Mmmm, mmmmm Good

So, we started giving Gracie a little bit of rice cereal mixed with breastmilk a couple of weeks ago. Here is a clip of Gracie eating. She has recently learned to make the "p" sound (either that or she's just spitting everywhere). About 5 minutes into eating, she decided that she wanted to play with her food instead of eating it.

Towards the end of the feeding the coolest thing happened. When I want Gracie to open her mouth I say, "Bite, bite?" So, I said it and she tried to say it back. It came out as "Uh, uh" but listen to the inflection in her voice. Well, I think I heard it. Maybe I'm just crazy, but listen and see what you think.

Hey Moe!

I love Gracie's face when she is sleeping. Her chubby cheeks look huge! For some reason, she reminds me of Curly from the Three Stooges. :-)

Tummy Time

I haven't posted in a while because both Gracie and I have slowly been getting over a very nasty cold. Here is Gracie during "Tummy Time." She STILL hasn't rolled over yet, stubborn girl. She is such a tease - she'll go halfway and then stop. She loves doing the airplane/Superman pose as seen in the last pic.

A New Talent

Gracie found her feet this weekend. She's been looking at them with a puzzled expression for quite some time, but now she knows how to grab them. She particularly likes to do it when we are changing her diaper. I just threw that last picture in there because I love her expression. She is such a happy baby, and she smiles right on cue for the camera.

Toasty Toes

I was playing with Gracie today and I noticed that her feet were ice cold. I decided to put on her bunny slippers. She gave them a very curious look when she realized they were on her feet.

I'm Gonna Get You

Here is a quick video of Gracie chuckling. I hid behind the sofa, and I'd jump up and say, "I'm gonna get you!" She thought that was humorous.
